We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Area Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance operations across our hotel and property. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all physical assets are maintained to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and performance. The right candidate will bring hands-on experience in building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more, along with strong project management and team leadership abilities. This position oversees both routine maintenance and preventative planning while managing safety compliance, vendor coordination, and maintenance budgets. Responsibilities: • Supervise, schedule, and support maintenance team members to ensure high-quality, timely work aligned with safety and procedural standards. • Oversee renovation, construction, and special maintenance projects, including planning, coordination, budgeting, and vendor communication. • Lead and coordinate all preventive and routine maintenance activities for the hotel and surrounding property to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction. • Perform hands-on repair and upkeep of equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, kitchen appliances, laundry machines, and more. • Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and purchasing of tools, parts, and equipment. Qualifications: • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. • Proven experience supervising maintenance teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. • 1-3 years of related maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management. • Familiarity with building codes, OSHA safety standards, ADA compliance, and emergency procedures. • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
