Job Title: Area Manager

Service Area: Roanoke, Lynchburg, South Boston, Staunton, Blacksburg, Pearisburg, VA

Office Pride is seeking a dependable, experienced Area Manager to oversee cleaning teams across the Lynchburg/Roanoke region. This is a hands-on leadership role that involves daily travel to job sites, coaching team members, and ensuring our high standards of service are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage operations across multiple commercial cleaning accounts

Travel regularly to sites in Roanoke, Lynchburg, South Boston, Staunton, Blacksburg, and Pearisburg

Hire, train, and support cleaning staff and site leads

Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

Maintain strong client relationships and handle service needs promptly

Coordinate schedules and manage labor to stay within budget

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in an Area Manager or multi-site leadership role

Professional references are required and will be verified

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Comfortable with daily travel and flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends

Compensation:

Salary $60,000, including auto allowance (Exact salary based on experience and qualifications)
