CORY is hiring an experienced General Manager who is passionate and driven about real estate and ready to innovate and make a real impact every day.

About Our Client:

Our client is a vertically integrated real estate operating company with a strong national presence and a reputation for operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

• Assist with strategic initiatives and daily operations for ~10 assets.

• Lead initiatives to maximize NOI.

• Develop and manage the operating income/expense budgets.

• Adhere to all compliance regulations and local laws.

• Deliver the highest level of tenant satisfaction.

The Skills & Experience You Possess:

• 5+ years in a regional supervisor or manager role within property management.

• Able to manage multiple priorities across assets and stakeholders.

• Hands-on, self-directed, accountable professional with strong follow-through.

• CAM or CAP certifications are highly preferred.

• Ability to train, develop, and retain highly engaged teams.

Perks and Benefits You’ll Receive:

• Base salary up to $100,000, plus bonus, based on experience.
