• Responsible for performance management of direct report Maintenance Shift Managers and Process Coordinators
• Plans, organizes, and manages area budget and expenditures to ensure strategic and cost effective operations are followed
• Metals industry OR heavy manufacturing experience required
• A minimum of 10 years of electrical maintenance work experience in manufacturing/metals required
• Previous management experience in Maintenance is highly desirable
