We are looking currently looking for a dynamic Area Manager for our Orlando area locations.
Position Summary
The Area Manager oversees the operations and performance of multiple studios within a region. They coach the studio teams in their region to deliver an optimal guest experience, operational excellence, and maximum productivity with emphasis on membership sales. They are accountable to drive consistent, high performance across all initiatives, and for ensuring consistency between the studios as measured by the P&L and other reports. Area Managers will oversee the hiring, training and terminating of studio personnel, requiring bold decision-making and leadership skills.
The Area Manager role is an intense and fast-paced role that requires drive, grit, positivity, and enthusiasm for the challenge. As an Area Manager you enjoy the journey of developing extraordinary studio teams, creating great guest experiences, impacting growth across studios and being part of local communities.

Preferred Experience:
Sales, customer service, and Management experience is required. Experience working in a spa or health/wellness environment is a plus, however we are willing to train the right candidate.

Primary Responsibilities
● Ensure operational efficiency in each studio in assigned territory
● Track daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual metrics to measure success and take corrective steps to achieve revenue goals as needed
● Develop strategies to improve memberships sales and the experience that we deliver to our guests
● Acquire top talent through direct involvement in the interview, hiring, and on-boarding process
● Manage individual and team performance & capabilities via clear expectations, intentional conversations, meaningful recognition and accountability
● Communicate business needs for the district and company that play an active role in driving results
● Develop strategies that maximize local market potential, including B2B partnerships and community outreach programs
● Support operational program implementations and objectives within the region
● Ensure that studios meet safety and cleanliness standards
● Ensure that our exemplary guest service standards are consistently met across studios
● Complete studio assessments on a regular basis and correct any deficiencies
● Serve as liaison between territory studios and company headquarters & franchise owners
● Identify areas of opportunity and makes recommendations to franchise owners
● Foster and maintain an inclusive and collaborative work environment
● Coach, teach and demonstrate sound guest service principles to all studio team members, including direct guest contact to resolve issues
● Monitor/management of team staffing levels and scheduling
● Ensure the studio team’s understanding of company policies, guidelines and procedures
