• Operational Oversight: Manage daily production, maintenance, safety, environmental, and quality aspects of a specific area, like Concentrator Operations & Maintenance.
• Leadership: Provide direction and leadership to operating and maintenance departments.
• Financial Management: Develop business plans and manage large-scale budgets.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to identify and implement profitability improvements.
• Must have a deep understanding and knowledge of the steelmaking process
