Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 annually Location: Arizona with travel between centers Schedule: Full time with flexibility based on operational needs

The Learning Experience is seeking an experienced and strategic Area Manager to support and oversee multiple early learning centers across the Arizona division. This role is ideal for a proven leader who excels in operations, team development, and maintaining high standards across multiple locations.
What You Will Do
Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple early learning centers
Support and coach Center Directors to ensure strong performance and compliance
Monitor staffing, scheduling, enrollment, and labor management
Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety requirements
Partner with leadership on hiring, training, and professional development initiatives
Support tours, enrollment strategies, and family engagement when needed
Analyze center performance metrics and implement improvement plans
Arizona Requirements
Experience in a multi site leadership role within early childhood education
Strong understanding of Arizona licensing and compliance standards
Valid fingerprint clearance card required
CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
