    Compensation

    • Base Salary: $130K - $150K
    • Variable Compensation: $80K – $100K
    • Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): $230K – $250K

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead a team of 7 sales representatives across the Northeast U.S. region.
    • Own regional performance across a hospital-based respiratory and airway portfolio.
    • Drive execution of regional sales strategy aligned with corporate and field leadership priorities.
    • Stabilize and improve regional performance against revenue targets and growth expectations.
    • Identify, coach, and develop talent while upgrading team performance where needed.
    • Build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders, distributor partners, and regional decision-makers.
    • Partner with distributor sales teams and key accounts to expand product adoption and market penetration.
    • Develop accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and consistent performance reporting.
    • Execute and optimize regional incentive plans, SPIFFs, and sales programs to drive performance.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, and product teams to support growth initiatives.
    • Manage regional budget and ensure disciplined expense control.
    • Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer engagements as needed.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA a plus).
    • 5+ years of progressive sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or related industries.
    • At least 1+ year of experience leading, coaching, or managing a sales team.
    • Strong preference for experience in DME, distribution, respiratory, anesthesia, or hospital-based selling environments.
    • Proven ability to turn around underperforming regions or teams and drive sustainable growth.
    • Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, working manager approach.
    • Demonstrated success in building high-performance sales teams and driving KPI achievement.
    • Experience working with distributor partners is highly preferred.
    • Strong business acumen, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
    • Ability to travel up to 60% within the region.
