This position is a W2 role that offers a bonus structure and paid parking at our downtown Miami office. Our focus is on identifying and nurturing opportunities.

The Rose Group LLLP serves as the umbrella for several small companies, one of which has developed a valuable database used by political groups and organizations. We have a solid business plan that provides ample growth opportunities for the right candidates and the chance for future advancement.

Ideal applicants may have experience in real estate, luxury automobiles, or as stockbrokers. We seek fast-paced, self-motivated, and honest individuals to apply.

Responsibilities and Commitments - Yours and Ours:

- Lead generation

- CRM database management

- Documentation for conducting business

- Training materials and office support

- Call on the leads provided for your region or state

- Build long-term relationships with prospects and customers

- Assist with sign-up and complete customer interactions

- Be present in the office regularly, Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM
