Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or business or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in property maintenance management with strong working knowledge of facilities management procedures, program management, budgeting, training, and program implementation.
- Skills and Experience:
- Requires strong logistical planning, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and influence teams to achieve and exceed long term, short term, and big picture goals.
- Strong working knowledge of construction systems and practices, building mechanical/HVAC/automation systems, energy conservation, program management processes, and procedures.
- Track record of mentoring and developing service team members
- Physical Demands: Ability to travel to multiple locations within a geographic area.

- Expected pay range of $115,000 - $125,000, base salary, plus a target annual bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
