Business Development Specialist – Home Care Services
Location: Atlanta, GA | Full-Time
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Specialist to support the growth of a leading home care organization in the Atlanta area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building strong referral relationships and generating new business within the home care, home health, or healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and grow a network of referral sources including hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, and community partners
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase client census
Conduct market analysis to identify new service areas and potential partnerships
Represent the organization at local events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and build community relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements:
2+ years of business development, sales, or marketing experience in home care, home health, hospice, or a healthcare-related setting
Strong existing relationships with referral sources in the Atlanta metro area
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
