    About the Role:

    Calling all recent college grads or spring semester seniors! This one's for you. We're thrilled to kick off the search for a sports-obsessed, high energy Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about delivering a high quality, high value experience customers will love and keep coming back for.

    As the first hire on the Customer Support team, you'll have the unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work across teams throughout the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for SoCal residents (or those looking to relocate), eager to kick-start their career in the startup world with a fully in-person role at the company's HQ located in the heart of West LA.

    Who You Are:

    • You're a second semester senior or recent college graduate with internship experience. Customer-facing work in the realm of sports is a bonus!
    • You geek out over solving problems and have a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
    • You're a high-energy over-achiever who is excited to learn.
    • You possess a customer-focused mindset with a zeal to urgently adapt and respond to customer support inquiries.
    • You consider communication one of your superpowers and enjoy presenting.
    • You're a multitasker who's able to prioritize, and manage their time effectively.
    • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • You consider yourself an all-around athlete with a ‘no task too small' mindset.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Working directly with leadership to continually build the customer support team and processes from scratch.
    • Laying the groundwork for communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
    • Managing all incoming customer support tickets via Zendesk.
    • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and retention.
    • Handle customer dialogue with care, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution.
    • Taking the extra mile to engage customers and ensure overall satisfaction.
