Job Summary

Arena Sports Sports Simulator Hosts provide friendly, enthusiastic service for our Sports Simulator customers. You will greet customers, set-up and introduce the games available, and provide food and beverage service throughout their reservation, all with the goal of creating a memorable experience that leaves customers wanting to come back for more.

Company Overview

Arena Sports is a family-run business dedicated to family fun. We offer great soccer leagues and classes year-round. We also offer other ways to play, celebrate, and learn through our camps, birthday parties, inflatable FunZones, restaurants, and Family Entertainment Centers.

Responsibilities

Lead the operation of the Sports Simulators

Demonstrate how to use the technology and equipment

Answer questions and troubleshoot equipment issues

Serve food and beverages to our Sports Simulator customers (must obtain a Food Handlers and MAST permit)

Become knowledgeable of the Arena Sports food and beverage menu to assist customers with their orders

Accurately submit food and beverage orders to the kitchen, deliver orders, and process transactions, both cash and credit cards, using our Point of Sale system

Help maintain a safe and clean facility

Sport Simulator Hosts are team players who are enthusiastic, reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile for all customers. They also:

Multi-task and manage time effectively

Know how to have fun on the job!

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
