    Arepet Express, LLC is currently hiring Sand Coordinators/Pushers in the Laredo/San Antonio, Texas area.

    Position Summary

    The Sand Coordinator/Pusher will provide our customers a means of delivering their frac sand to their well location on time. The Sand Coordinator must have great customer skills, a hard work ethic, and the ability to work in a team or independently out in the field. Prior experience NOT required. Position involves inventory management, accurate communication, delivery guidance and quality service assurance. Shifts are 12 hours Monday through Sunday, must use personal vehicle.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Assist on ground guiding trucks to prevent accidents; assists drivers with hooking and unhooking semi-trucks to be unloaded.

    On-site coordination with engineers, dispatch, management and drivers to: collect all driver paperwork, ensure ticketing accuracy, and assists with ensuring safety is enforced on site locations.

    Assist with the setting up of locations to ensure that sand can be delivered in a timely manner.

    Ability to learn the disciplines of driving and rigging up equipment on location.

    Must be willing to obtain industry knowledge of pumping standards.

    Ability to learn to operate equipment and support well site activity.

    Willing to support the company's drug-free work environment, which will include pre-employment drug screen and random drug screenings.

    Work conditions for this position is outdoors and is subject to periods of inclement weather.

    May climb ladders, walk up and down steps, and work at heights with or without accommodation.

    Willing to work overtime, holidays, nights, and weekends on location.

    Willing to be on call and meet call-out standards to respond to fluctuating site responsibilities.

    Must provide own transportation and possess a current, valid license to operate a motor vehicle in the United States. Maintain satisfactory driving record.

    Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the requirement of a work visa.

    Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

    Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/ Abilities

    Hold a valid driver's license and clear driving record.

    Ability to comply with DOT Regulations and Health Requirements.

    Ability to work flexible work schedule, including long and/or irregular hours – OT is required for this position.

    Must work 12 hours shifts Monday thru Sunday. 3 weeks on 1 week off

    Willing to work outside in inclement weather with or without accommodation.

    Bilingual preferred
