Job Description

Progressive IT Firm in Raleigh seeks Network Admin Manager for a lead position. Must be experienced with Imaging, hardware integration and configuration and familiar with current industry operating systems and imaging technologies including Windows 10, SCCM, MDT and basic end user software, such as Microsoft Office and Google Chrome O/S.  You must be available to work Mon-Fri 7am-4pm (No part-time available). Selected candidates have opportunities for overtime and weekend work as needed. Only serious applicants need apply.

Requirements:

• Able to pass DOJ background check
• Previous lead experience preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• Able to lift 35 - 50lbs continuously
• Able to work overtime as needed
• Capabilities to operate in a flexible team environment with minimal supervision
• Thrives in a regulated but fast paced and changing environment with proven multitasking skills and focus on details and accuracy
• Continued creation and maintenance of desktop and server images utilizing technologies such as Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)/Windows Deployment Services (WDS)/Windows Pre-installation Environment (WinPE)/Windows Automated Installation Kit (WAIK)/and Pre-Boot Execution Environment (PXE)
• Create, implement, and deploy images for enterprise workstations and servers across multiple manufacturers’ hardware according to customer requirements
• Experience with complex driver installation and troubleshooting across various computing platforms including servers, desktops etc.
• Create, implement, and deploy images for enterprise workstations and servers.
• Must have significant Microsoft Windows Engineering and Administration, as well as Infrastructure Knowledge
• Create custom OSD Task Sequences utilizing Microsoft scripting technologies and components such as Shell, VBScript, WMI, .NET and XML for captured images.
• Create, maintain and update imaging documentation.
• The candidate must have proven End User interaction with various End Users and able to maintain SLA’s for responding to requests promptly
• Maintain programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution including design, installation, and administration documentation
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with customers, stakeholders, and other technical specialists, effectively leading detailed technical discussions and creating and presenting briefing materials.
• CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSA: Windows 10 or Cisco CCENT/CCNA R+S  certification preferred
• 5+ years technical leadership responsibilities
