OFFICE ASSISTANT DATA ENTRY
FAST PACED IT FIRM IN SAN DIEGO SEEKS AN ORGANIZED, DETAIL ORIENTED AND HIGHLY MOTIVATED TEAM PLAYER FOR AN OFFICE ASSISTANT POSITION. THIS JOB REQUIRES A DETAIL ORIENTED, QUICK LEARNER WITH A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS DATA ENTRY EXPERIENCE ALONG WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE EXPERIENCE. APPLICANT MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE ANSWERING PHONES AND TALKING WITH CUSTOMERS. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT WOULD LIKE TO GROW WITH OUR COMPANY AS WE EXPAND. REQUIREMENTS
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FULL TIME MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY WITH POSSIBLE OVERTIME • MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE USING MICROSOFT OUTLOOK AND EXCEL AND WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF SALES FORCE IS PREFERRED • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE ANSWERING PHONES • MUST TYPE 40 WPM AND MULTITASK • PRIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
