New multi-specialty medical practice in need of an experienced sales representative. Cold calling to build a book of patients is required.

The Osprey PolyClinic is a new multi-specialty medical practice located in Osprey, FL with a planned opening for business on August 1 st, 2024. Applicants must possess the following:
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have experience in sales (preferably outside sales)
The candidate must also possess business development skills, including but not limited to lead generation, cold calling, and community networking. The individual is expected to follow up on prospective cold and warm leads, provide operations support, self-manage, and possess a team attitude. A solid candidate will be a strong problem solver, someone able to generate and achieve sales goals through a combination of hard work, knowledge, and experience, and someone who is results-driven.
The role may offer the potential of converting to a partial inside sales / administrative function after a certain period of time.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Business development and new patient acquisition
New patient onboarding, including entry into EHR system
Account management of existing patients
Operations Support
Promotion of the Osprey PolyClinic name in the community
Increase sales and gross margin, and meet sales goals
Project management
Qualifications
Proven sales experience through cold calling
Able and willing to connect with diverse community members and organizations
Excellent communication skills, listening, speaking and writing
Hard-working and results-driven
Proficient with smartphones, computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Foreign language skills are a plus
Physically able to drive to sales appointments
Availability to work during non-business hours/weekends (e.g., sponsored events)
