Argos Report Writer
*Local to Pembroke, NC only please
*This is a remote position
*This is a part time position at 20 hours/week

Description:

• The client is looking for an experienced Argos Report Writer.
• This position will be responsible for developing data blocks in our Argos reporting tool as well as working with our functional offices to help them determine what data blocks are needed to produce the reports in their areas.
• This position will also be responsible for migrating reports written in a custom application into Argos.
• This custom application uses .NET and SQL for producing reports.
• The Argos report writer will be working with the clients Argos Administrators when moving data blocks from our Test Argos environment to our Production Argos environment.

Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

• Developing data blocks in Argos using either the GUI or SQL., Required 3 Years
• Experience maintaining Argos security, Required 3 Years
• SQL development, Required 3 Years
• Writing reports for the Ellucian Banner ERP system, including knowledge of the Banner database Oracle tables., Required 3 Years
• Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system or other ITSM ticketing system, Required 1 Years
• Experience working with customers to document requirements of reports., Required 2 Years
• Familiar with ITIL change management practices, Required 6 Months
