    About the position

    We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We'll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company's positive image. 

    This is an opportunity to work with world-class, top-tier Children's Hospitals nationwide.

    To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

    Ultimately, you'll maintain strong relationships with our company's clients to boost our brand and profits in the long-run. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Working with customers to resolve their problems

    • Aiming to keep current customers and renewing contracts as well as getting prospective ones.

    • Dealing with customer complaints quickly and effectively

    • Educate customers on new functionality and/or new products and assess their interest level

    • Opportunity to enhance relationships with existing clients through unique value adds

    •  Willingness to travel nationally up to 2-3 times per month

    Requirements:

    • 2-4 years of experience in customer relationship management or sales in Healthcare Information Technology (HIT)

    • Experience managing accounts with a focus on contract renewals and upgrades

    • BA/BSc degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
