  • Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Using the tricks to the trade (calls, emails, social, etc.) to engage new prospects.

    • Execute in a high velocity environment (think 6-week sales cycles).

    • Comfortable with modern sales technology stemming from Salesforce.com

    • Enjoy competition and embrace being measured against key KPI's typical of an Account Executive.

    • Provide a customer experience that delights your prospects and customers and encourages them to become  advocates!

    • Partner with delivery to assure an incredible client onboarding experience.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • You know how to prospect off a target list.

    • Must have an aptitude for account management: managing gatekeepers, influencing multiple decision makers, and understanding the complexities of a transaction.

    • Must have ability to generate, identify and establish new accounts.

    • Demonstrates professional behavior reflective of Relode's mission statement, philosophy and values.

    • Experience in SaaS, HR Tech or Recruiting/Staffing highly preferred.

    • Team player. You enjoy collaboration and clear communication.

    • Critical thinker and listener.

    • You love to present, listen and respond to feedback/concerns.

    • You're persuasive.

    • You're agile.

    • You want to own the entire sales process.

    • You enjoy high-volume, high-velocity sales. This is not a “Here's 10 accounts, devise an 18-month strategy for each,” role.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred

    • 2 years SDR/AE experience preferred

    • Experience in healthcare, software or professional services preferred.

    • Extensive experience in account development and proven ability to close sales

    • Proficient digital skills (e.g. MS Office, Outlook, Excel, CRM software)
