Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Using the tricks to the trade (calls, emails, social, etc.) to engage new prospects.
Execute in a high velocity environment (think 6-week sales cycles).
Comfortable with modern sales technology stemming from Salesforce.com
Enjoy competition and embrace being measured against key KPI's typical of an Account Executive.
Provide a customer experience that delights your prospects and customers and encourages them to become advocates!
Partner with delivery to assure an incredible client onboarding experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
You know how to prospect off a target list.
Must have an aptitude for account management: managing gatekeepers, influencing multiple decision makers, and understanding the complexities of a transaction.
Must have ability to generate, identify and establish new accounts.
Demonstrates professional behavior reflective of Relode's mission statement, philosophy and values.
Experience in SaaS, HR Tech or Recruiting/Staffing highly preferred.

You enjoy high-volume, high-velocity sales. This is not a “Here's 10 accounts, devise an 18-month strategy for each,” role.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred
2 years SDR/AE experience preferred
Experience in healthcare, software or professional services preferred.
Extensive experience in account development and proven ability to close sales
Proficient digital skills (e.g. MS Office, Outlook, Excel, CRM software)
