About the Registered Nurse Position

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to care for our patients and facilitate their speedy recovery. 

You will also be responsible for educating them and their families on prevention and healthy habits.

The goal is to promote patient's well-being by providing high-quality nursing care.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribes and effectively carries out physician orders in a timely manner according to policy and procedure.

• Collaborate with doctors and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients

• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients' charts

• Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders

• Administers and documents medications and treatments in accordance with policy and procedure.

• Administers IV fluids according to policy to assure accuracy of flow rate and volume administered, identifies infiltration/complications with appropriate interventions, and documents appropriately.

• Initiates measures to ensure appropriate pain management.

• Initiates measures to assure appropriate intake and output for patient's condition, age, and weight; documents intervention and results.

Registered Nurse Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of recent/relevant experience as a RN in a hospital setting

• Current hospital experience in appropriate clinical nursing area preferred.

• 12 hr shifts, Day & Night available

• Patient with superb problem-solving skills

• Associates of Bachelors Degree in Nursing. Current RN license in the State of TN.
