Ideal for a student taking remote classes who loves kids and is looking to live in Newton and make $ this school year Hi! We're a fun, active family looking ideally for a live-in student nanny/babysitter to join us at our home in Newton Center, and help with our two boys 7+9 years old this school year, starting in September. Will consider live-out as well. Nanny/babysitting job: Will need to help support and encourage our boys with remote learning, feed them lunch, and also have fun! The boys love sports, board and card games, hiking, biking, reading, painting and drawing, etc. We don't have any video games and will want to have someone who can get the kids off their computers when they aren't doing schoolwork. Days/Hours: TBD/flexible 30-35hrs/week Monday through Friday. Thinking 10/10:30am-4:30/5pm each weekday, but since both parents are working from home remotely we can work some flexibly around class schedules if need be. Can also consider less (20-25hrs/week) for the right candidate if 30-35 is too much with your school schedule. Pay: Negotiable depending on experience, live-in vs out, etc. Housing: If you were live-in, room and board would be included, and you'd have your own private furnished bedroom and private bathroom in our house on a separate floor from the rest of our bedrooms (3rd floor). You'll have access to our entire house including a front and back yard, and basement with some exercise equipment as well in case you like to workout(!). We are taking COVID seriously so you won't have to worry about us on that front, but you'd need to equally be social distancing, wearing masks, etc. Not comfortable with use of public transportation these days so you would need own car or we're also happy to share ours
