Job Description

Day to Day:

• Fielding phone calls and tickets
• Providing basic troubleshooting on a remote basis
• Answering incoming calls from clients
• Creating tickets for technicians
• Scheduling appointments for technicians
• Control ticket management and overseeing the dashboard for all ticket updates and health

Salary is in the $50,000-$60,000 range with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

This is a remote position, but candidates must be local to the Chicago area.

1+ years of IT troubleshooting experience

1+ years of working with Connectwise ticketing system

1+ years of working for a managed services provider/IT consulting company

Exceptional communication and organizational skills
