Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

• RPL screening
• Review/Approval of SO on export hold.
• Updating export/import data in ERP system.
• Customer Entity Classification
• SW download and SW license approvals
• Supporting export alias email inquiries from internal/external customers.
• Providing Export/Import Brokers updated Item HTS codes
• Maintaining HTS codes for items not found in NS.
• IVL applications
• Providing support to trade compliance teams outside of US as needed.
• Annual/Bi-annual BIS reporting
• Experience with OFAC
• Review/approval of HQ export shipment documents as needed.
• Internal audits of AES and Customs Entries for accuracy.
• Work with agents to resolve/correct as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 yr. experience in export and import trade compliance.
• Experience with RPL screening tools
• Experience in ERP systems, particularly NS.
• Experience working with transportation providers (freight forwarders/carriers), Customs Brokers, AES, SNAP-R.
