Title: PRODUCT MANAGER – HARDWARE

Location: ANAHEIM, CA

We are seeking a PRODUCT MANAGER to join our team! This individual will manage complete product life-cycles for hardware in the smart home industry.

WHAT THE PRODUCT MANAGER NEEDS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or Technology

• 5+ years of product management experience

• Experience leading cross-functional and cross-company teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines

• Experience working and shipping 2B or 2C products

• Experience coordinating complex product life cycles and hardware development schedule

• MBA or Master’s Degree is preferred

• Demonstrated passion for bringing innovative products from design documents to reality

• Experience delivering consumer hardware products and services in a high growth environment

• Electronic product knowledge with emphasis on communication devices using industry standard protocols such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, ZigBee, etc

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing key internal stakeholders

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data

• Strong team-orientation with proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results

WHAT THE PRODUCT MANAGER WILL BE DOING:

• Define the long-term strategy and vision for hardware product development, leveraging new technologies to deliver products/features to our customers
• Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand and improve product capabilities
• Analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to identify key pain points
• Build innovative concepts and successfully champion them through key internal stakeholders
• Drive requirement definition, customer experience design, product roadmap and prioritization
• Define and own the business metrics and KPIs for our products and services
