    Job Description

    We are a large pediatric therapy company that offers skilled, non-skilled therapy, group homes and ABA services in Arizona. We are currently the fastest growing pediatric agency in Arizona growing at 600% per year. We are looking for a coordinator that will be based out of our Gilbert office. We are a fast paced company with high energy and a passion for helping special needs kids.

    Job Duties:

    • Coordinate scheduling for children with disabilities with services to improve their lives.
    • Pair care givers with appropriate families to ensure proper care plans are carried out as directed by state.
    • Advocate for special needs families to ensure they get all the appropriate services needed to ensure their children get proper care.

    The ideal candidate would NEED to possess the following attributes:

    • Super attention to detail. This job involves Human Resource duties and is connected to a government contract so a candidate would need to be on top of their game.
    • Multi-tasker. This job would always have lots of things going on at once so the candidate would have to thrive in self-starter organization.
    • Phone Personality. Since the job involves calling parents, state support coordinators and employees we need a candidate who has great phone personality presence.
    • Communication Accountability. We need someone who understands the importance of always emailing and calling back people inside our 3 hour window to ensure our customer service is always at its best.
    • Management Capabilities. This job would include managing up to (60) in-home care workers.
    • Organized. This job is for someone who loves to stay busy non-stop and thrives under the excitement of helping kids and families.
    • Good Knowledge of East Valley layout. This job involves driving to client's home for meetings. (Currently on pause zoom meetings only) Travel is about 15% of job.

    Job Requirements:

    • Valid driver's license
    • Ability to pass background check (Level 1 fingerprint clearance card)
