Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:30am -5:00pm.

Job Summary:

We are an Integrated Medical Clinic offering medical, physical therapy and chiropractic all in one location. We believe that working as a team of providers we can get more done than working alone. Working as a team you get to learn and grow in your understanding of different conditions and treatments since you have different perspectives and backgrounds. Best of all we get incredible outcomes with our patients. Our Goal is to get the best doctors and providers we can find and facilitate them working together to create incredible patient outcomes. We are looking for someone who is hard working and who understands multi-disciplinary care. experience in multi doctor office preferred but not required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Position does not have direct reports but will work closely with team members in providing patient care.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• 1:1 time here compared to other companies
• 30 min appointments that are never double booked
• Overseeing Rehab floor
• Supervising assistants and techs
• Working as a team to create treatment plans.
• Documenting and taking notes in EHR every day
• Walking patients through exercises
• Requires the effective use of office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, phones, and printers.
• Ability to sit at computer terminal for extended periods of time.
• Ability to communicate via telephone.
• Ability to communicate in an active office environment.
• Ability to collaborate with NPs/PAs/Chiros for improved patient outcome
• Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.

Education and Experience:

License: Arizona Physical Therapy License (Required)
