    We are looking for an upbeat Front Desk Coordinator in Peoria, AZ, who can support our Clinic in day-to-day operations. Our Front Desk Coordinators play a critical role in the success of our team. As the first person who greets our patients when they enter our clinics and the last person who wishes them well as they leave, you are the person patients remember when they think of our company.

    We're looking for someone who can create a great patient experience (from the moment patients enter the clinic to when they leave) and carry out our front office processes promptly and consistently.

    As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

    • deliver an extraordinary patient experience 
    • Advocate for patients throughout their treatment
    • Answer phones and direct inquiries to resolution
    • Master our EMR (eClinicalWorks) to serve our patients' needs
    • Schedule patient visits/treatments
    • Assist patients with completing paperwork
    • Collect and process payment from patients
    • Ensure organization, completeness, and accuracy of patient records
    • Understand and adhere to regulatory compliance requirement, company policies and procedures

     

    WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE?

    To succeed in the role of Front Desk Coordinator, you must:

    • Be a natural multitasker
    • Be able to follow processes and procedures accurately, efficiently, and consistently
    • Have a pleasant phone voice and etiquette
    • Be highly effective in verbal and written communications
    • Be able to organize and maintain large sets of documents and records
    • Have a positive, collaborative, “can-do” attitude
    • Be patient, respectful, and empathetic in all interactions with patients and coworkers
    • Be competent in using Windows computers, Office 365 applications, and browser-based information resources like SharePoint
    • Possess a High School Diploma or GED
