PHYSICAL THERAPY TECHNICIAN - SCOTTSDALE, AZ 

As a PHYSICAL THERAPY TECHNICIAN, you teach patients exercises and stretches that will benefit them for the rest of their lives. You help them to feel welcome and secure by developing and maintaining relationships throughout their care. TO HELP IN YOUR DEVELOPMENT, AS A VITAL PART OF OUR TEAM AND THE CLINIC, YOU WILL RECEIVE CHIROPRACTOR ASSISTANT TRAINING, CPR CERTIFICATION AND BI-MONTHLY TRAININGS FROM A LPT! As our Physical Therapy Technician, you will play a significant role in our patient experience. You assist with maximizing our patients quality of life, range of motion, and ensure our patients function at their very best. You will create a great patient connection AND carry out our PT processes consistently.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

• Deliver the prescribed functional and therapeutic exercises and stretches 
• Accurately document all therapies performed on patients with its corresponding CPT codes 
• Fit DMEs and post related notes and charges 
• Ensure positive patient experience and flow at the clinic 
• Maintain clean and organized workspace 
• Oversee safety of patients during therapies

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS? 

• Able to Multi-Task (working with multiple patients at once)  
• Interpersonal Communication Skills (with patients and staff members (directing the flow of the office)) 
• Demonstrated knowledge of Anatomy 
• Natural influencing ability 
• Personable 
• Passionate about exercising 
• Possess a High School Diploma or GED
