Who are we looking for? As a recreational gymnastics coach, you will be working with other coaches and program coordinators to give our kiddos a fun and empowering fitness experience. You will follow lesson plans, give corrections, and encourage a positive learning environment.

This is a great opportunity to get experience working in the childhood development industry while staying active. The ideal candidate is creative, a strong communicator, passionate about learning, and desires an energetic working environment.

Responsibilities

Provide instruction, correction, and motivation for students

Learn and follow USAG and Arizona Sunrays guidelines

Develop gymnastics, preschool, and ninja skills and technique knowledge

Maintain records (attendance and skill progress)

Develop positive relationships with students, guardians, and co-workers

Requirements

Able to work at least 2 days a week

Able to work afternoons and weekends

Able to stand for hours at a time

Able to lift 50 pounds

Passion for movement and working with children
