Who are we looking for? Do your friends and family describe you as high energy, welcoming, or great with kids? Camp Sunrays might be the perfect program for you! As a Camp Sunrays Coach, you will be working with other coaches and program coordinators to give our kiddos a fun and empowering camp experience. You will follow rotation schedules, give guidance, and encourage a positive learning environment.
If you don't have experience working with children or working at all, do not worry! We will teach you everything you need to know! This is a great opportunity to get experience working in the childhood development industry while staying active! The ideal candidate is creative, a strong communicator, passionate about learning, and desires an energetic working environment.

Responsibilities
Complete Camp Sunrays training - YOU WILL BE PAID FOR ALL TRAINING HOURS!
CPR Certification - Saturday, June 1 from 2pm-5pm
Training Seminar - Saturday, May 18 or Sunday, May 19 (Final date and time TBD)
Online Courses - must be completed before Tuesday, May 28
On the job training prior to Saturday, May 18
Learn and follow Arizona Sunrays guidelines
Assist with drop off and pick up, this will include checking guardians ID's
Provide instruction, guidance, and motivation for campers
Develop positive work relationships with campers, guardians, and co-workers
Requirements
Able to work 2 days a week
Able to stand for hours at a time
Able to lift 50 pounds

We provide instruction in gymnastics, dance, NinjaZone, camps and more for ages 6 months through adults. We love inspiring children to find the joy of movement and partnering with local business, schools, and neighborhood groups to bring our community closer. We are families serving families!
