Job Description

Busy Long Beach medical office is seeking a full time hands on accounting professional. Qualified candidate will have excellent communication and problem solving skills. This position includes a full spectrum of accounting duties, A/R, A/P, payroll, special projects, and other accounting duties as assigned. This position works directly with our CEO. You will be required to attend meetings in our Costa Mesa office.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field preferred
• 3 or more years of accounting experience preferred
• Clinical trials or medical office experience a plus
• Demonstrate proficiency working in QuickBooks and/or other finance software
• Be a self-starter and self-motivated, able to ask the right questions to get the information you need, able to work with minimal supervision
• Possess a high emotional EQ and have the flexibility to work in a dynamic, start-up-like environment, capable to scale and pivot quickly
