    Job Overview ARK Electronics is the international affiliate of ARK Electromechanical LTD., headquartered in Qingdao, China and operates four factories and employs over 2,300 people. International business operations have been established in Irvine, California to support new customer acquisitions in the areas of automotive, mobile communications, consumer electronics and industrial IoT market segments. The Sales Manager of OEM Services is a strategically focused and results-oriented sales professional with international experience. Passionate about making a difference and working in an entrepreneurial minded company with like-minded success driven individuals. Primarily responsible for new revenue creation and customer acquisition – driving new contract manufacturing sales opportunities to corporate enterprise customers and channel partners.

    Primary Duties • Aggressively identify new sales opportunities and leverage existing rolodex for OEM services. • Ability to present to multiple levels within a prospective organization, including C-level. • A strong technical acumen and ability to connect the dots (and thoughts) to determine the best digital outcome for the customer. • Ability to drive and support contract negotiation process with Ark management team. • Articulate and dedicated on delivering Ark’s clear and concise value propositions and competitive advantage. • Work closely with sales engineering and technical pre-sales individuals to close new OEM design wins. • Work with Marketing and Product Management to define go-to-market strategies and programs. • Attend weekly sales review calls, funnel and forecast in company’s CRM, always maintaining extreme diligence in following up new leads.

    Requirements • 10+ years of proven international sales experience in OEM and PCB design engineering services. • Experienced sales professional with proven OEM knowledge of new customer contract process. • Domestic and International experience in the High Technology industry. • Process and CRM analytic driven sales professional. • Works collaboratively across organizations to develop strategic alignment.
