    JOB DESCRIPTION

    This receptionist will serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately, notifies company personnel of visitor arrival, and maintains security and telecommunications system. Administrative duties will be by assignment from both the Executive team and HR/Accounting department.

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone. For phone calls, either helping the customer yourself or knowing which tech to pass it to so they may help the customer.
    • Use provided software to enter service requests as needed and within company guidelines.
    • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
    • Ability to work with Office 365 in-depth
    • Maintains a daily call log of everyone who has called the office, why they called, and who resolved the issue. (whether it be you or who you forwarded the call to)
    • Manage orders for the office
    • Handle the receiving and shipping of orders

    RECEPTIONIST SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Knowledge of telephone etiquette
    • Effective and professional verbal communication skills are required
    • Knowledge and prior experience with Microsoft Office skills
    • Professionalism
