    Are you interested in a career in real estate sales? Maybe you’re the one that we are looking for to help us solve our problem. See, the thing is most agents struggle with figuring out how to get business, how to prospect, manage their schedules, market their listings, and continue to grow their income. In fact, the average real estate agent makes only $49,500.

    Our problem is different. We have the leads, the systems, models, tools and coaching to help any of our first year agents make $100,000 if they choose to. The problem we have is that most people aren’t willing to do the work. Mastery takes time, 10,000 hours to be exact, and many agents get into this business expecting it to be like Million Dollar Listing or Selling Sunset and they think that they will get to show luxury homes on day one. It’s not. If that’s why you’re considering getting into real estate, we aren’t the team for you.

    We’re looking for hungry, driven leaders who are willing to commit 40 hours a week to building an uncapped real estate career. We want the people who want to make a difference in people’s lives. The people who care about helping the single mom buy a $200,000 condo just as much as they care about the $2,000,000 listing.     Responsibilities

    What You’ll Do:

    • Execute a lead generation lever weekly
    • Conduct two open houses monthly
    • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
    • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
    • Participate in team activities per team standards
    • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangout and Partner Call
    • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
    • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
    • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
    • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers

    Qualifications

    Skills You Have:

    • Team player
    • Licensed real estate professional
    • 1+ years’ of real estate sales experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Learning based, growth-minded
    • Organized
    • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
    • Excellent time management skills
