Job Description
This position provides high-level administrative support to the Director of the Real Estate Division within the Arkansas Commissioner of State Lands. The job duties will include data-entry and sending out correspondence; preparing deeds to be mailed for filing and recording by the county offices in the State of Arkansas; sending out correspondence documenting refund payments; assisting as needed with data-entry projects, Customer Service Center phone calls, and payment kiosk video chats; along with other job duties as assigned.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent computer skills; excellent communication skills both written and oral; proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Outlook.
