    POSITION SUMMARY

    The primary role of a Major Account Executive is to maximize revenue by upselling Arkose Lab's products and services to existing customer accounts. The primary focus is aimed at creating and driving sales opportunities within our existing account base of medium to large companies in the Online Fraud Space.

    If you have a passion for winning and a proven track record of success in selling, you should send us your resume. As a startup company, we're looking for people that are flexible, open-minded and able to wear many hats. 

    MUST HAVE

    • Proven success in closing new business with existing accounts. Will identify, develop & manage strategic account relationships to penetrate corporate accounts and develop additional delivery capabilities for the company.
    • Develop and manage all facets of customer accounts, including sales/pipeline calls, joint solution development, contract negotiations and quarterly business reviews.
    • Develop and implement a business plan that includes awareness/lead generation, pipeline generation, and booking goals to achieve desired business results.
    • Achieve quarterly and annual targets as defined by the business; ensure delivery capability to compliment the work done by the technical Customer Success group.
    • Experience in building and sustaining successful relationships, building strong customers, and selling solutions at all levels to drive sponsorship and retention.

     

    NICE TO HAVE

    • BS/BA or equivalent
    • Background in cybersecurity sales
