We are seeking a highly disciplined, physically fit, and vigilant Armed Security Officer for a high-pace family restaurant environment. We require a professional with the "militant" discipline of military/LEO training to maintain site security, manage crowd control, and provide an immediate deterrent presence.

Military veterans and former Law Enforcement Officers (LEO) are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Crowd & Line Management: Control access points and manage high-traffic flow to ensure guest safety.

Access Control: Maintain a perimeter and monitor all entry/exit points.

Proactive Security: Floor patrolling to identify and neutralize potential threats before they escalate.

Incident Response: Immediate, controlled, and professional response to disturbances.

Requirements & Equipment

Certifications: Must possess a valid, current California BSIS Guard Card and BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit.

Professionalism: High-level discipline, punctuality, and a proactive tactical mindset are non-negotiable.

Uniform/Gear (Required to provide your own):

Tactical Vest (Professional black/solid color).

BDU Military-Style Pants (Black).

Duty Belt (Full tactical setup).

Service Firearm: Must own a duty-ready firearm (Note: If hired, firearm must be compliant and registered under our company’s PPO/BSIS protocols).

Physical Fitness: Must be physically capable of standing for long shifts and responding rapidly to incidents.
