We are seeking a highly disciplined, physically fit, and vigilant Armed Security Officer for a high-pace family restaurant environment. We require a professional with the "militant" discipline of military/LEO training to maintain site security, manage crowd control, and provide an immediate deterrent presence. Hours 9pm - 3am

Military veterans and former Law Enforcement Officers (LEO) are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Crowd & Line Management: Control access points and manage high-traffic flow to ensure guest safety.

Access Control: Maintain a perimeter and monitor all entry/exit points.

Proactive Security: Floor patrolling to identify and neutralize potential threats before they escalate.

Incident Response: Immediate, controlled, and professional response to disturbances.

Requirements & Equipment

Certifications: Must possess a valid, current California BSIS Guard Card and BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit.

Professionalism: High-level discipline, punctuality, and a proactive tactical mindset are non-negotiable.

Uniform/Gear (Required to provide your own):

Tactical Vest (Professional black/solid color).

BDU Military-Style Pants (Black).

Duty Belt (Full tactical setup).

Service Firearm: Must own a duty-ready firearm (Note: If hired, firearm must be compliant and registered under our company’s PPO/BSIS protocols).

Physical Fitness: Must be physically capable of standing for long shifts and responding rapidly to incidents.
