Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect security breaches.

Monitor and control access points to ensure only authorized personnel enter secure areas.

Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing assistance and support as needed.

Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations.

Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.

Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure environment.

Utilize conflict resolution skills to de-escalate potential threats.

Stay informed about security policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

Valid armed security guard license and relevant certifications.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in security or law enforcement roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction.

Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

Proficient in using security technology and equipment.

Strong attention to detail and observational skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Must pass a background check and drug screening.
