🏢 Armed Security Guard – Residential Properties

We are currently seeking Armed Security Guards to join our team and provide high-level protection and peace of mind for residential communities. The ideal candidate will be vigilant, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe environment.

📍 Location: Boston 💼 Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities:

Conduct foot and bike patrols throughout residential property grounds.

Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and disturbances.

Perform daily activity reports and write detailed incident reports as necessary.

Assess security risks and report potential vulnerabilities.

Monitor for suspicious activity, trespassers, or unauthorized access.

Enforce property rules and regulations professionally.

Assist residents and guests while maintaining a secure environment.

Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when needed.

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid Weapons license (per state regulations).

Minimum 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Physically fit – ability to walk or bike patrol for extended periods.

Must pass background check, drug screening sex offender and MVR check .

CPR/First Aid Certification a plus.

Clean drivers license as this will be checked
