About the Role:

Elite Security Agency LLC is looking for a dedicated and professional Armed Security Officer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities:

Patrol and monitor assigned posts, facilities, and perimeters to deter criminal activity

Respond swiftly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms

Carry and maintain authorized firearm in accordance with state regulations and company policy

Screen and control access points, verifying credentials and managing visitor entry

Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs

Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary

Provide a visible security presence to ensure the safety of personnel and property

Requirements:

Valid North Carolina Security Guard License required

Active NC Armed Security Guard certification or Pistol Permit required

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred

Strong situational awareness and sound decision-making under pressure

Excellent communication and report-writing skills

Professional demeanor with the ability to de-escalate tense situations

Must pass background check and drug screening

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
