    Position Overview

    HCCI Protection is currently hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time Flex Armed Security Professionals with full-time availability preferred.

    This position will support religious-based, school, business, and community clients throughout the Denver Metro, Aurora, Boulder, and surrounding areas. You will serve as a professional protective presence, deter criminal activity, identify suspicious behavior, respond to incidents, and represent HCCI Protection with professionalism, maturity, and sound judgment.

    This role requires flexibility. Hours may vary based on client needs, emergency coverage, special events, and last-minute security requests.

    Part-time employees may work approximately 2 to 30 hours per week depending on availability, client needs, and performance.

    Pay Structure

    Starting pay ranges from $26.00 to $30.00 per hour.

    Employees may be eligible for $30.00 per hour with an approved 18-month commitment to HCCI Protection.

    Training and Certifications

    HCCI provides all required company training and certifications.

    This may include, but is not limited to:

    Company onboarding Security training Firearms training Use of force training Report writing Client-specific post orders Emergency response expectations Professional conduct standards Required licensing support

    Employees will be expected to successfully complete all mandatory training, certifications, and licensing requirements before being placed on applicable client sites.

    Required Gear

    Applicants must have, or be willing to obtain, the required gear for armed protective service work.

    Required gear includes:

    Ballistic vest Tourniquet Firearm chambered in 9mm, .40 S&W, or .45 ACP Firearm must have a 4-inch barrel or larger Minimum of 3 magazines Handcuffs Duty belt or appropriate professional carry system

    Optional gear may include:

    Expandable baton OC spray

    All weapons, tools, and equipment must comply with applicable law, company policy, training requirements, and client site expectations.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include:

    Maintaining vigilance for potential threats Serving as a visible professional deterrent Responding promptly to emergency and non-emergency situations Identifying suspicious activity and prohibited conduct Communicating clearly with supervisors, clients, team members, and the public Using verbal intervention and de-escalation when appropriate Taking appropriate physical action during a crisis when legally and reasonably necessary Protecting clients, employees, guests, students, community members, and property Writing accurate and detailed reports Uploading reports into the company’s electronic reporting system Following post orders, company policies, and client expectations Maintaining professionalism at all times while representing HCCI Protection

    Minimum Requirements

    Applicants must meet the following requirements:

    Minimum age of 21 years old Legally eligible to possess and carry a firearm Valid driver’s license or government-issued identification Ability and willingness to work armed security assignments Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Ability to use email, basic technology, and electronic reporting systems Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar platforms as needed Reliable transportation Professional appearance and communication Ability to pass required background checks Ability to complete all required training and licensing requirements Ability to work in person throughout the Denver Metro, Aurora, Boulder, and surrounding areas

    Preferred Qualifications

    Preferred qualifications include:

    Prior military experience Prior law enforcement experience Prior security experience Current or prior concealed carry permit Current or prior security guard license Experience working in schools, places of worship, or community-based environments Bilingual ability, especially conversational Spanish, Russian, or Hebrew Strong communication skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Interest in long-term growth with the company

    Work Schedule

    Scheduling will depend on client needs, available openings, employee availability, emergency coverage, and operational requirements.

    Applicants should have flexibility for:

    Weekday shifts Weekend shifts Special events Emergency coverage Last-minute assignments Religious institution and school-based coverage Daytime, evening, or variable shifts depending on client needs
