    Position Summary

    We are seeking a dependable, patient-focused Call Center/Scheduling Representative to support our growing dental practice during extended hours. This is a permanent, full-time position strictly covering PM hours.

    ⏰ Shift: Wednesday through Sunday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 🗓️ Must be fully available during this schedule – no exceptions

    Key Responsibilities

    Answer and manage high-volume inbound calls professionally

    Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments using dental software

    Provide clear, courteous, and accurate information on services, insurance, and office policies

    Handle appointment changes, cancellations, and patient inquiries efficiently

    Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure optimal schedule flow

    Make outbound calls for reminders, follow-ups, and schedule fills

    Maintain detailed notes in the scheduling system

    Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain strict patient confidentiality

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Fluent in Armenian (required)

    Previous dental or medical call center experience strongly preferred

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Strong customer service and organizational abilities

    Experience with dental software (Open Dental preferred)

    Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to the fixed shift

    Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
