    Property Accountant – ARNG Installations Division

    Location: Army National Guard Readiness Center, Arlington, VA

    Summary: Contingent Upon Contract Award - The Property Accountant supports ARNG-IER’s mission to manage installation programs across all 50 States, three territories, and DC. This role combines property accounting with real property program support, ensuring resource accountability, data integrity, and compliance for facilities operations and maintenance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prepare financial statements, manage payables/receivables, and oversee tax payments for property operations.

    Support ARNG-IER in resource acquisition, distribution, and accountability for facilities across 54 States and Territories

    Advise on real property policies, compliance, and financial management guidance.

    Provide technical support and training for property management systems (PRIDE, HQIIS).

    Review, reconcile, and analyze real property data, ensuring quality assurance and process improvement.

    Respond to information requests from ARNG leadership, Congress, and stakeholders.

    Develop documentation and reports to support policy guidance and resource accountability.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred).

    Experience in real estate accounting or property program support (desired).

    Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

    Ability to work independently and provide advisory services.
