    Our client, the global leading sportswear company, is looking for a dynamic Sr. Portfolio Analyst to support their PMO. Their team leads the Global Technology approach to build rapid, responsive, reliable value delivery capabilities that are people centric. As the Portfolio Analyst, you be an integral part of the team that defines the future of value delivery for Global Technology.

    The ideal candidate will thrive on constantly evolving playing field and will have the courage to turn ambiguous opportunities into actionable delivery under the eyes of the most senior leaders in Global Technology. They will be adept at seeing the opportunity in change and feel at home on a high-performing nimble team. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SR. PORTFOLIO ANALYST: 

    • When you’re at the center, you have to be able to adapt. A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate leadership in the following areas: 
    • Design the future of Portfolio Management for Global Technology by working with a diverse group of stakeholders to identify and implement ceremonies and processes for the full project/product lifecycle
    • Support data driven decision making by developing enterprise level portfolio metrics that enable leaders to draw meaningful insight and make decisions
    • Design, socialize, and implement portfolio standards to enable Domain leaders to actively manage portfolio risks and issues
    • Create and deliver targeted training and consulting in order to increase Global Technology’s organizational maturity
    • Foster a culture of openness to enterprise thinking, efficiency, change and innovation
    • Support efforts to drive consistent frameworks, tools & knowledge management across Global Technology; champion community building and practice sharing
    • Sustain change and process improvement
    • Partner with Global Technology Leadership Team to Global Technology operating model in collaboration with Domain leaders
    • Act as a strategic advisor to domain leadership team on the capabilities, competencies and skills need to support future workforce strategy
    • Counsel and advise domain leadership team on relevant technology strategies, policies and external best practices; champion new, creative ideas through well-structured, well-supported and clearly articulated points of view balancing risk, reward and trade-offs

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SR. PORTFOLIO ANALYST

    • Undergraduate in business, math, computer science, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in Project/Product Management
    • Experience in Enterprise IT Portfolio Management
    • Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel skills; advanced data skills (use of varied data sets, ability to quickly understand the data and produce relevant analysis, visualization and level-appropriate messaging.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver quick-turn strategic analysis for executive leadership
    • Ability to tactically deliver messaging to multiple levels of leadership
    • Knowledge and experience in a technology organization
    • Knowledge and experience with Portfolio function
    • Experience with both traditional and agile project management methodologies
    • Experience identifying, designing, and implementing process changes in a large organization
    • LEAN knowledge and application a plus
    • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, preferably in a matrixed organization
    • Affinity for working in a highly collaborative environment
