OUR PREMIER RETAIL SPORTSWEAR CLIENT IS SEEKING A SR. DATA SCIENCE ENGINEER!

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience spread across Java, R, Python, that includes extensive experience in Big Data Technologies • 5+ years of experience architecting and building scalable Reporting and Advance Analytics solutions using Big Data technologies • Proven track record lifting and shifting predictive, deep and machine learning applications at scale on Big Data platform • Experience building data science applications in Spark, Hadoop, EMR (Qubole or Data Bricks or others) • Experience building applications in microservice architecture, Restful APIs • Fast-learner, self-driven and working with fast-paced team.  • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work with team of expert data scientists and build Feature Engineering • Experience with legacy data platforms such as Oracle, Teradata, or others – Strong plus • Experience with performance/scalability tuning, algorithms and computational complexity • Master's degree in Computer Science preferred
