    AROMA JOES LOCATED IN GORHAM, MAINE is actively recruiting an individual with a background in Customer Service, Retail, and/or Food Service to become our next TEAM LEADER.

    POSITION

    The Team Leader will lead by example, mentor, and develop the staff, be a multi-tasker and have a positive attitude. Flexibility, patience, and customer service experience are essential to the success of the Team Leader. Prior management experience in the food industry is preferred. Training is available.

    THE TEAM LEADER WILL:

    • Master recipes and individually tailor products to customer needs.
    • Maintain a positive work culture.
    • Have an elevated level of organizational abilities.
    • Have strong critical thinking skills.
    • Work within a team setting.
    • Work within a challenging environment.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in Customer Service, Management, Retail, Food Service, or other related fields.
    • Reliable transportation

    WORK SCHEDULE:

    This is 40+ hours per week and overtime is required.
