Job Summary

We are looking for an Inventory Control Specialist who will be responsible for controlling, managing, and monitoring inventory for our retail locations. You will be actively checking and controlling the inflow and outflow of the inventory, making sure that products/resources are neither less, nor they are more than required.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Management
• Weekly reporting and Assist with Cycle Count inventory processes to ensure the accuracy of inventory.
• Store to store consolidation, restores and reconcile balance with material control based on each store required needs.
• Visit each store 1x a month to ensure accuracy.
• Inputs required data into our CRM inventory system including transfers and deletions.
• Weekly meetings with store managers

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Knowledge of supply chain, management, and logistics.
• Experience implementing and using our CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment for a hyper-growth company.
• NetSuite and Salesforce experience required, 3PL, Gimble and Ship Station is a bonus.

• Hours :9am-5:30pm in office
• Location: Hybrid/Boca Raton
• Travel to 4+ store locations 1x month required.
