If this sounds like you, we have a place where you can shine. Aroma360 is seeking dynamic Inside Sales Representatives to join our team in both our Boca Raton and Miami offices. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will have the opportunity to establish enduring relationships with high-end clientele and negotiate 36-month contracts for the delivery of luxury fragrances to their homes. Your primary responsibility is to convert warm leads into sales in a call center environment that demands outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Convert pre-generated, warm leads from interested customers into sales for Aroma360.
    • Utilize Salesforce CRM to efficiently manage your sales pipeline and monitor progress.
    • Receive live transfers from our scheduling assistants, engaging with potential clients interested in Aroma360 products.
    • Drive revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong client relationships.

    Qualifications:

    • You have the gift of gab and can easily establish relationships over the phone.
    • You have the confidence to close deals with C-level individuals and high-end clientele.
    • You have exceptional networking skills.
    • You are driven by monetary incentives and commission-focused.
    • You have the ability to nurture long-term client relationships.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base Salary: $39,000
    • Retention Bonus: $5,000
    • Unlimited Income Potential (Average reps earn over $100,000 per year)
